The craft

Before I start to make a guitar, I walk in my Tonewood stock, the hard of my workshop. Al that wood, sacred, found and chop down, had a long rest time over years.  Only then it is ready to become an amazing instrument. Once the appropriate top and the back with the matching sides are chosen, I begin with the second step: the planning and gluing of the wood, the sensitivity and accuracy required. The observance of resting and during time, between the single steps, is as important as the correct tuning of the tops and backs. No working step is like the other and each guitar is a separate and special experience, the newly inspired me again. Carving an electric guitar body, with magnificent grains, entice me to different and new ideas and forms. Thus, it is understandable that I strive to further development, improvement and refinement of my guitars, because every new idea is an adventurous challenge that enrich me as luthiers a lot.
